Hard to find a job and the violence
Because the neighborhood and apartment complex I live in has both elderly and young black and white people. Also I can walk to the police station, I live less than a block from, court house, police station, and jail house. So it always police or state troppers in the neighborhood, In the apartment complex my neighbors are friendly and looker out for each other, we have a swimming pool and sometimes we all swim together and have cook outs for each other birthday. My family have live here only 1 month and they make us feel like we have lived here forever. My 14 year old son bus come right to the complex. His teacher is our next door neighbor, and the principal is also our neighbor.
There is basically middle-age people here, besides school age children.
all of the above
