I live here
Different ages and race of people live here
It's a transitional community.. Affordable
I live in a 55 and over community where everyone is either retired, married or widowed and we plan gatherings at our homes or the club house around the corner and our H.O.A. fees take care of the lawn maintenance and leaf disposal. The city bus has a stop just beyond our neighborhood grocery store, Food Lion.
