Not a lot of things for the younger generation to do in this town
There is no public transportation
I am a native born and raised of 51 yrs now and I find most people to be sweet and friendly and helpful I have never left and would recommend this spot to anyone to live and be content
It's a mix of both. Some people are rude and others will give you the shirt off their back.
Canon city is always been a retirement town a town for old folks there is nothing at all for the kids to do no skating rink no rec center and there will never be as long as the old folks have a say they would like to keep canon a retirement town and you have to respect that
