Since 2010, Brooklyn has evolved into a thriving hub of entrepreneurship and high technology startup firms, and of postmodern art and design. Brooklyn can be a desirable place for older adults to live for many reasons:

I suppose elderly are treated nicely by the general public. I think we need accessibility in all train stations. The Ditmas Avenue train station, just a few my blocks from home, is not accessible. It does not have an elevator or escalator.
This place in my opinion is age friendly because the people in the community are very welcoming. The area has access to nearb public transportation, mom and pop stores and a grocery store/supermarket that is in walking commute.
Working, transportation, education.
I leave on Eastern Parkway in Brooklyn New York, it's very diverse community
It's a mixture of everythin. It's old middle age and young, it's some what friendly and I think we all get along.

It's a good crowd but a lot of people have been moving into the community and it turned into time square at night but for the most part everything seems chill.
