Elderly person's or those with disabilities automatically get first floor or what ever accommodates their needs
There are alot of elderly people on my street and surrounding area. They are involved with senior activities and meals on wheels. There is alot of transportation support , family support and neighborly assistance provided to the elderly. I love to see this support and love giving to the elderly. My mother is aging and If I couldn't be there to assist her I would hope the city and community would look out for my mother.
Education, Transportation, Community Engagement. Many Churches, Schools.Transportation all around.
My town is very people oriented, they take care of their own and even if they are not their they still come together to help, when things go on in this town everyone comes together, it is right on the MBTA and is filled with a ton of mom and pops shops as well as some known stores like Whole Foods, Ace Hardware and the 99 resturant. We have a diverse mixture of low income to high income families that live here. We even have an assisted living place for the elderly it's called Zelma Lacey house and they are always offer ways for the community to get involved.
Well there are lots of elderly in this neighborhood that definitely need assistance that I run errands on any occasion. I rely on public transportation and it's excellent.
The sidewalks are narrow and often not shoveled in winter. Otherwise it's a good neighborhood for walking with little car traffic. And the neighbors help each.
Senior center and their activities, meals on wheels, senior housing, council on aging Transportation available, and senior newsletters are mailed to homes
we have many different ages and cultures where I reside. It is a condominium complex that has no specific rules on who can live there so we have a very diverse community.
Very culturally diverse , different ethnicities and it's a city that sponsors educational in the academic world and comunity. It's a community that strives to supports development and education.
most people are friendly for care, look out for each others
