Beaverton has very good public transportation, both in-town and connected to the broader Portland area. Reasonable respect is given to seniors, and most businesses give some Senior discount. Health care is excellent, including two major hospitals and numerous specialty clinics. There is a very active Senior Center, and many Senior living facilities.
Great neighbors never have to worry about anything
Great environment
I believe that a great deal of progress has been made in terms of transportation for the elderly and activities for people of all ages to participate. There has also been a rise in career options for younger adults, assisting them in gaining experience.
Easily accessible, many Seniors, with local community activities and public transportation close.
