Baytown is a city within Harris County and partially in Chambers County in the Gulf Coast region of the U.S. state of Texas. Located within the Houston–The Woodlands–Sugar Land metropolitan area, it lies on the northern side of the Galveston Bay complex near the outlets of the San Jacinto River and Buffalo Bayou. It is the sixth-largest city within this metropolitan area. Major highways serving the city include State Highway 146 and Interstate 10. As of 2010, Baytown had a population of 71,802, and it had an estimated population of 75,992 in 2016.

Baytown is a beautiful city. Some areas are being forgotten about. We are still growing. We just need more family activities here.

I love to pass medications out to residents.
I get to know my resident and no that if my eyes cannt catch them I know that my feelings and sences will.
B/p B/S and o2 and temp and respirations I like to do.
I know to contact physicians, family members, nurse just in case of a fall.
Do daily reports count medication narcotics with other medication techs to pass keys after shift.
Order medications and refills contact pharmacys in new order from drs or need family members to pick up. Lab works if nurse needs to get and give. Insulant give too. Give medication report to other shifts alert charting, progress notes and general notes document. Label water when setting up for day and audit cart.
Caregiving do daily walks trash pull.
Make sure resident is well comfortable and give showers when day to give.
Laundry wash and put up. Escort resident from and where they need to go. Make sure is room and bed is maded and clean. And make it a better day everyday for residents.
RESIDENTS COME FRIST. ITS THERE HOME AT THE END OF THE DAY.
