The area is nice and clean and the neighbors are friendly and polite and very respectful and tentative about each other
It's a good place to raise a family
Waukesha has a very walkable downtown. There are festivals during the warmer months that are free to attend, and accessible. There are many healthcare options.
We have a wide variety of restaurants to choose from, most are reasonably priced. There are many businesses in the Waukesha area also.
Our downtown has many unique shops and dining options.
I was born and raised here. As far as I'm concerned it is very "age friendly"!
New water service from Lake Michigan is drastically increasing the price of water in the area. Expected to increase 91% in the next year! The area is friendly and safe. Housing costs and taxes have risen dramatically in the last few years making it more difficult to make it on a fixed income.
