It's friendly
I just moved here from California, so I am not too familiar with the neighborhood as of yet. So far it is quiet and people are friendly and helpful.
Neighbors greet each other, community engagement, and they care.
I would recommend my neighborhood to friends and family because it's a very quite green space. Everything is in walking distance such as ; restaurants, the mall, hotels ,public transportation etc.
Contempo Tempe is a 55 and over community with lovely and well kept grounds. It offers residents daily activities such as light exercise, swimming and jacuzzi, movie night, group games, pickleball and many, many more activities. Bus stop located right out in front. tight knit group of senior citizens who help each other out with rides, cleaning, conversation etc.
