A old town. Not a lot of Diversity, fewer Transportation. Not too far from highways

It is a very quiet city they have everything that someone would need to survive.

Good elderly programs low crime people are respectful of seniors and show courtesy to others.

Reading has over 55 housing, so I would say that makes it welcoming to mature adults. There is also plenty to do in town that is geared towards adults, such as restaurants.
