No I won't recommend anyone to maple manor cc in Langdon N.D they are always under staff always they over work there employees if your sick with COVID you have to work I got fired for being sick and wanting to go home I begged them for three hours before I left I messaged Megan a temporary director she said b at work Sunday morning I worked 12 shifts 6 days a week I was late twice I was sick throwing up Katy and Brenda the two nurses who were there Saturday morning for 3 hours I ask them if I could go home there answer was no we are short staff that's not my fault I worked hard everyday to take care of the residents what good am I to the residents if I'm sick I went home Megan said I can I told the temporary nurse I was going she said ok I go to work today they call me in the office tell me I can't b a CNA anymore I can do housekeeping uyou can ask anyone there about my work I will get good feedback I'm upset about they basically used me to work the 4of July weekend then wanted me to sign a voulentary resign maple manor neglects residents it's so under staff one CNA per hall all of 3 hall has COVID employees with COVID have to come to work sick and all the staff is so inexperience the D.O.N don't know anything she has to ask a CNA for help the cnas all work hard two nurse's Charlotte and Dara lee are great nurses laundry good staff dietary very good staff the ones who work in a office bad staff except Tara it's gonna go down with the people wanting to be boss a whole lotta of Chefs and not enough indians thank you
