The food is terrible. The first few days at Grant Questa I said I had an UTI and nothing was done, but put me in a diaper. I never saw a Doctor, Nurse Practioner, Physican assistant, or RN. The UTI caused a serious wound from a cardiac catheter, UTI, and diaper. After reaching out to Stanford doctors they saw me and sent me to ER. It could have been fatal, a Pseudo Aneurysm. After treatment and a lecter to the facility they sent me back. Now there were RN’s and a doctor on Thursday and even Wednesday. OT was excellent. PT was a disaster to good. The new RN’s were excellent, but temporary. I then had a serious heart problem that required immediate care, but only after hours under my insistence and Stanford recommendation I was taken back to emergency. My heart was under serious strain with heart flutter.
After that I returned home for excellent home care of RN, PT, and OT. The facility had patients wandering around at night entering other patients room. 4 am live music, and possible unreported elder abuse. This place is a dangerous disaster. The best thing was a CNA that is keeping this place running.
