This is the WORST hospital I have ever been a patient in. The room was not furnished with necessary items. I had to ASK for a bed pan but NEVER got any toilet paper, although I asked six times. The nurses were hateful, and it was obvious they HATED their jobs. Another nurse CONFIRMED that hatred. They took that out on patients, withholding ALL meals and cancelling every meal brought to the room. I caught the CNA STEALING from my overnight bag and called security to report it. They NEVER answered their phone; neither did any other dept. I had to request to change rooms and floor as these women were HATEFUL. CNA kept saying, "I can't find any toilet paper'. I find that hard to believe in a hospital, that size. CNA kept coming back in my room, stealing from my overnight bag. She stole my VERSACE Eyeglasses and case. She was from Russia and quite a LIAR. I think she was planning to STEAL my overnight bag, which she kept placing on her shoulder. WHERE do they find these awful people???? This girl came here as a Mail Order Bride from Russia. If I could give a ZERO rating, I definitely would. It was all a HORRRIBLE experience.
