My wife has sepsis and a PICC line installed for her meds, which she has to have every 8 hrs. She was released from the hospital at midnight so the Kind hearts nurse could give her the next dose at 8am...they didn't bother to show up! I had to give her the meds myself without any training, which the nurse was also supposed to do. There has been a new problem on each visit. This last time the nurse tried to draw blood Fromm the picc line but was unable to and had to take blood by sticking her other arm. This nurse is the person responsible for caring for the picc line but she doesn't appear to know how. On top of that the blood she did take was coagulated before it got to the lab and was useless! This nurse was fired today after I told the owner I was calling a lawyer!
Stay far away!!!
