There are lots of young adults willing to put in the extra work to make the residents happy! :)
I wouldn’t recommend South Dakota. The weather is atrocious and it’s always windy not conducive for arthritis in anyway only one ER and they misdiagnosed quite often. The state government is very non-transparent and at one time Forbes magazine, rated it in the top 10 of the most corrupt. Under the current governor crime is up. The streets in Watertown are horrendous. Nothing ever seems to get fixed. The taxes are high on your homes and homes are inflated in value so it’s hard to find one.
There’s no help for the elderly, veterans, children. The income guidelines for any help there is are so low that barely anyone can get it. No, I wouldn’t recommend Watertown or South Dakota.
