Clean appearing homes, popular with retirees and US veterans and redneck families. Overall its affordable with many housing options being afforfable for low and fixed income families... When comparing appearances of neighborhoods, Shelton's are generally aesthetically pleasing with nice woods, well kept lawns, and a lot of kind senior citizens and friendly families living here.
Lots of senior activities. Free bus service. Nice senior center.
Close to town and fairly quiet.
