Sandy is a lot of cool history and has lots of nature based sights and views and their downtown brings that small town feel that's nice to walk around from place to place and a lot of different food places to try but if you're looking for that classic sit down place Toll Gate Inn would be the place for a more homey cooked meal.
This is a neighborhood of families, I have seen ages from young to retirement, and everyone seems very friendly. Not a lot of noise other than children playing outside. The entire community is landscaped by HOA contracted companies so there is little to no physical maintenance required.
