I THINK LUZERNE COUNTY IS MUCH AFFORDABLE TO LIVING COST, BUT STILL THE SYSTEM HAS TO IN PROVE ALOT STUFF.
I believe the area that I currently reside in is for the most part age friendly however overall, on a systemic viewpoint I believe all areas can be more inclusive when hiring those of all ages as long as there is a level of competency.
I am in the Hanover Section of Nanticoke .I am only 5 min from town, the buses run daily( except Sundays) ,and we even have our own little store. It also is a very quiet neighborhood, the people are friendly, but not overly friendly
