Frankfort is the capital city of the Commonwealth of Kentucky and the seat of Franklin County. It is a home rule-class city in Kentucky; the population was 25,527 at the 2010 census. not many apartments available, no vacant houses most are occupied, mostly businesses and a lot of traffic. the street is busy near state office worker travel back and force. large trucks passing constanly. No problems with people most are hight school students, A lot of bicycle riders in summer I see motocycles. we have two dollars stores in the neighborhood.We have state offices and a hotel, railroad tracks near . itis a older town not many modern views, very busy community,
