Eastham is a town in Barnstable County, Massachusetts, United States, Barnstable County being coextensive with Cape Cod. The population was 4,956 at the 2010 census. The Eastham Council on Aging works to promote the well-being and independence of adults 59 and older. The Eastham Senior Center provides multi-purpose programs (health, educational, social, and recreational), as well as supportive daycare, transportation, and outreach for this purpose.
