Delavan is a city in Walworth County, Wisconsin, United States. The population was 8,463 at the 2010 census. The city is located partially within the Town of Delavan but the two entities are politically independent. City events include the Delavan Train Show in March, Cinco de Mayo in May, Heritage Fest in August, and Scarecrow Fest in September.

The building is secured. No one can get in unless they have a key or they ring whoever they're visiting who pushes a button to let them in. It also has underground garage for an extra $40 a month if you should want that. There's a community room and activities are scheduled several days a week.
This community is very easy to get around in. We have several retail store and Doctor offices. There is 2 hospitals within 6 to 10 miles of the location. People are friendly and helpful.
Delavan is a very safe small City. Less than 30 minute drive to janesville, or lake Geneva.
