This is more of an industrial than residential area. There are no close stores nearby, although the Trimet bus system is very close.
There's localized community resources such as a library, grocery stores, bus routes, But it's also very hilly in general which may be challenging for those with mobility issues. There could also be more meet up places for social engagement.
Transportation
Well it has a high crime rate, homeless people etc. people can still go as they please. Just gotta watch your surroundings.
We live in an exceptional community, perhaps the finest we've ever experienced as a family—my wife, daughter, and I. Our neighbors are remarkably warm and friendly, and the area boasts numerous amenities such as schools, parks, gyms, libraries, and more. The average age range in our neighborhood spans from 35 to 75 years old
