A brand new town wide community center was just built. There is a senior center. I think it's rather small. There are sidewalks for walking along some of the main streets but certainly not townwide. There's a very small, town green. Upton also has a few restaurants, a brewery, and a couple coffee shops.
I have lives here all my life. It's a great town.
Rural.
The community I live in I would definitely recommend to other friends and family because it's quiet, the people are very friendly and usually very polite. Stores, restaurants, food, parks etc is located within close proximity and although the cost to live a shop is expensive most jobs nearby pay $20 or higher an hour. There's also multiple events (admissions almost always free) that the town or nearby facilities host for the community which is a huge plus for families.
