It appeals to senior citizens because the location is very close to shopping and amenities. However, this is not a senior living facility.
I have lived in Roseville, California for many years and unfortunately I find this area to be very discriminatory towards those who are 50+ in the job market. I have applied for many positions that I've been well qualified for and nothing has ever come of all the time and effort I have put into this.
this is a very good city - in particular for younger people and young families - there is ALWAYS something fun and interesting going on and young and old both are encouraged to join in. This is also a growing city - it is expanding and developing all the time - a very nice place for anyone, any age, to live.
