Sprerad out community in Sierra Nevada foothills above Sacramento. Wonderful area to live with change of seasons and friendly, accepting people. There still are some reasonable prices for both purchase and rental properties when coming from a major metro area like SanFrancisco or Los Angeles. I give it a full thumbs up!
