It is a small neighborhood with a multiple age range. There are very few small children and only a handful of older children. The houses are not on top of each other with large yards, so you don't see many people out and about.

Very young families live on our street. Most have either young kids or kids just out of high school.the kids are all very friendly and have helped out the few older people on our road on many occasions. The only issue an older person would have on our street would be taking care of their house. The houses on are street are 40 to 50 years old
