I’m a huge fan of the wellesley free library... a nice quiet place to read but also to run into people (of all ages!) and catch up.

One of the best kept secrets for Wellesley residents over 60: auditing classes at Wellesley College for FREE. Every semester, Wellesley College generously makes available certain classes for auditing.

Excellent services/resources through Wellesley Council on Aging: for example, I am currently being tutored by an excellent computer coach who volunteers her time. Additionally, Tolles Parsons Senior Center is now centrally located in a beautiful new building. In terms of livability, Wellesley is a very safe community.

Phenomenal new senior center. Great dance studio and exercise room, and convenient to downtown. The Brook Path and other parks also offer nice places to walk and spend time outside.

-Pedestrian paths rocky and uneven. Sometimes no paths. -Small general community but with events in local bookstore. -College area but no involvement. -No general community activities. -Working: must commute via car.
