Dog park. 3 lakes. Great outdoor access. Wonderful for grandkids to visit and learn about rural small town living.
Beautiful and quiet community. No traffic and very easy going pace of life. Being less than two hours from Denver and the airport provides easy access to travel and other amenities without the hassle of city life. With more affordable housing and low cost of living retirement income goes further. There are tons of volunteer opportunities and events throughout the year to stay busy with too. The growing arts scene also offers a lot of opportunity for different classes and experiences. Great community!
Not sure I'm qualified at this time to put in my two cents worth on my community. I just moved here to Sterling.
