Having a good communication will be the way of gaining rapport to the client and be comfortable with you.
Being caring and hard working is a must and attitude to have. Having a good skills and education will help us to understand what we're learning in our everyday life. Being aware to our community and environment is also important to us, to know what is happening and what do we need to improve more.

I love to be able to help the older senior and disable, I like to be helpful to others, I feel good doing this kind of job. I have been doing this job helping the seniors individuals, I really enjoy it.
I am bilingual English/Spanish speak and communicate good in following direction in both language. I do have a driving license and car insurance, good transportation to go to work. I am very responsible, honest, respectful, kind. I get along well with others, always on time. I have 10 years experience doing this kind of job.
