Friendly neighbors
I feel this way because there are money who are out of their homes walking their pets, exercising, and all sorts. Most do speak to you or a simple hello just walking by. My area is filled with families etc who have lived there almost all their lives and know each other pretty well. No one goes unnoticed.
Friendly atmosphere, safe, good transportation connections, shopping center, movie theaters, good restaurants etc.
Close to ocean
