The Olympic Peninsula has become a target area for retirement age individuals as the moderate temperature fluctuations make it an ideal location to thrive whether young or old. Community engagement for all ages is especially evident during the spring and summer months as there is habitually a number of music or other community engagements scheduled throughout this period. The area also promotes year round walking, hiking, fishing and boating as healthful outdoor activities.
The people who live here don't usually say hi; unless you say hi first. And sometimes they still don't say HI! They just ignore you. I'm from Texas and it's a very friendly state. Everybody says hi to everybody and sometimes talks to each other for a while.
Senior center, public transit, disabled door to door bus service, community college with good deal for seniors
