I say age unfriendly because everything thing around here is meant for adults or teenagers. There's gyms, stores, and doggy parks. Most of these places are meant for people age 16+ and sometimes not even that! Also to get to these places you need a car & young children can't drive so it will be hard for them to get there. There are barely any parks around. My closest park is about 7 miles away; that a far walk. Over all there could definitely be some improvements in making this area more age friendly.
