The neighborhood is diverse in terms of age, nationality, and culture. My experience is that the neighborhood is friendly toward everyone. There is a mix of actively woking individuals, middle school teens, and retired adults all working to maintain a safe, liveable environment in the community. The neighborhood center housing a plice station whose personnel are very active in presenting programs for the entire neighborhood.

It is a beautiful neighborhood. There is a country club with golf and tennis, but not to many other amnenities. The homes are very nice, the condominiums are not as well maintained and the residents keep pretty much to themselves.
