The city is so peaceful, clean and quiet, good roads, good nearby restaurants and hotels, Mostly people are retired, near the sea. The weather is constant at 55 - 60 year round. Lots of trees around, near churches and resorts, Pebble Beach famouse for huge golf tournaments is close by. Supermarkets are everywhere. Hospitals and clinics for especial needs are available.
