Neighbors are friendly and helpful. Community as a whole is open to all. The area is beautiful and well maintained. Seniors are respected and cared for with free programs to maintain wellness. I have lived in this area since 1995. I love it.
I think that my community in Oxnard is great because there are many activities and opportunities to participate in. Such as volunteering to clean up the beach, or even enjoy the beach, there's plenty of great schools to go to, and many educational programs.
