It is a friendly environment.
The people around are friendly
I have lived here 14 years and in that time, the neighborhood has changed for the worse by way of crime. I live in a place that the landlord has forgotten and it is very unsafe and unhealthy. Easy to drive around and close to hospitals, shopping and restaurants. Other living locations are simply fair a lot of homeless folks with no help for them. Had a death, stabbing, drug usage and more at the church next door etc
older neighborhood and has lots of older professional retired residence
People allow their dogs to run free all over the neighborhood.
