Good year around climate. Almost all amenities, however the closest hospital is 100 miles away. Low population, friendly people. We are building a new school with high school, middle school and elementary incorporated. We have high-speed internet available. We have low income housing and a weekly Food Band service. And we also have an excellent Ambulance Service and Fire Department. We have beautiful scenery with snow capped peaks and many camping sites.
