Norfolk is a small quiet town with generations of families who still live here! It also offers a Senior Center which one can go to for companionship and recreation. It also a town full of young families who want better schools, etc. which raises taxes which some seniors cannot afford.
The town offers a Senior Center and Meals on Wheels program for which I delivered meals years ago but Norfolk is a less affordable town to seniors than when I first moved here.
Transportation, everything is a distance from where I live.
