Age-friendly: Lots of churches, safe parks, old homes, 2 senior service centers. Age unfriendly: active nightlife with clubs for younger people mostly.

For unfriendly, the sidewalks are very worn and full of bad cracks. This makes it very difficult if you have trouble walking or are in a wheelchair or walker. Friendly-wise, there is Access-A-Ride which picks you up and drops you off at the cost of a subway token. There is no better place for healthcare.

Age friendly because it's a real neighborhood where storekeepers know you. People are generally helpful toward older people and disabled people. It's easy to get around- buses and subways are wheelchair accessible. There are a couple of senior centers in the neighborhood. Lots of cultural opportunities in the neighborhood. Food delivery is very common.
