people are friendly
Morehead Kentucky is a good place for the older generation because they offer several different locations for elderly people to live. They even offer assisted living for people with disabilities. The community offers different locations to visit including the Folk Art Center witch showcases local art. The local Park's are nice and relaxing. Several different locations for dining out as well as the local Movie theater that offers showings for the visual and hearing impaired with the use of headsets. The old Morehead movie theater also offers the showing of discounted movies to the local community. Several big chain stores to shop as well as local mom and pop stores that give the hometown welcome feeling to it's customers. Every town has it's ups and downs but Morehead Kentucky is a nice place for the elderly people to live and be part of the community.
