Active senior/community center. Mass transit available. Walking paths.
Milwaukie has an established and high-quality transportation system for seniors. There are many clubs, organizations and an established senior center where there are plenty of opportunities to socialize and enjoy oneself.
Difficult to obtain a job, seems to be focus for a younger (20-40) generation. Young community is great and vibrant however older generation can add some insight and know how to the whole.
Plenty of caring neighbors to help each other. Many activities for older folks.
