Millis is a town in Norfolk County in the U.S. state of Massachusetts. It is a small town with a population of 7,891 according to the 2010 census. The town is approximately 19 miles (31 km) southwest of downtown Boston and is bordered by Norfolk, Sherborn, Holliston, Medfield, and Medway. Massachusetts state routes 109 and 115 run through Millis.

Very little transportation
i went to nursing school and worked with the ederdly befoe and love older people !
It has many conveniences that people of different ages need such as doctors, pharmacies, shopping, dining, schools.
This town is age friendly because of the availability of necessary access to stores, supermarkets, doctors, schools, parks, churches and entertainment.
This is a beautiful town. It is safe, it has senior living, and everything one would need for shopping is close by, including cafes, a library, a pharmacy and a grocery store. There is even a gym- no stairs required.
