Magnolia, Arkansas is home to Southern Arkansas University. I have observed more younger people around town while I shop locally. The older people are business owners. We live just outside of town in a trailer park. Our neighborhood has a diverse population relating to people of all ages and ethnic groups. The community is very engaged in festivals each year. A personal vehicle is needed for transportation. I have not observed a taxi service here. We have lived here for five years.

Magnolia is a quaint college town. It is not overpopulated and it's easy to get around.
