I think it's getting more friendly because of the Sun Rail but overall, Longwood could use some more community engagement. It's really separated by different tax brackets.

This whole area has become extremely friendly to all ages with good hospitals, shopping, fine facilities for retired and elderly, culturally progressive and relatively safe. The only drawback would be the lack of a cood transportation system.
