It is somewhat age-friendly, transportation-wise, as we have a bus service that is fantastic and friendly and safe. BUT, economically, job-wise it is NOT, as is much of the Nation. If you're over 50 and out of work, forget it, you are going to be out of work for a long time, if not forever, unless you know someone in a hiring position.
