Community engagement
This city is not nor friendly or nor unfriendly because there's good and bad people and it all depends who you hang out with or who you socialize with .
be friendly and in good mood..leave your problems at home
People living in the community care for everyone health and safety and security
It's friendly because the people living within the environment are lovely, caring and awesome. It's unfriendly only if you choose not to be friendly with them. As for me, I always get along with people of all age regardless of region, tribe, nationality, cultural backgrounds or ethnicity
