Is a wonderful plays to raise a Familly if you can afford. With our low crime rates, excellent schools, and wonderful wheather, also diverse, after a variety of outdoor activities, and has many beautiful green spaces. Best city in the USA,

South Orange County is beautiful, with many things to do and opportunities for involvement. The cost of living is beyond many seniors. Housing is extremely expensive, although not as bad as Bay Area yet. Transportation other than car is almost non-existent, although people starting to use Uber and Lyft more. Crime & homeless camps just beginning to become problematic. Taxes are high, with no breaks for seniors. Many find living in a Dem-controlled State, with far Left policies, extremely problematic. We are no longer one happy family looking forward to better days in CA. Very wealthy along the Coast do not share or even understand some of the challenges most people face every day, like very high cost of electricity & gasoline. If you can afford living here, including home security or gated community, you will enjoy many things to do & access to excellent health care. In response to very crowded emergency rooms, many Urgent Care clinics have sprung up. There are many retirement communities and nursing homes, although cost and quality vary widely. The Laguna Niguel YMCA is a jewel & provides scholarships to children whose families cannot afford to join.
