This predominately a Retirement area with many senior assisted living places, great hospitals, easy to get around towns, weather is hot most of the year, medical centers have access to various options for rides to and from treatment centers, nursing homes, etc. we have a great library with small restaurant and lots of community events there as well as the senior centers like Joselyn Sr. Center in Palm Desert and one in Palm Springs.
