It is somewhat age friendly because it's very quiet, there's not much but older people where I live.
I have very few neighbors on my street but elderly and kids generally get around without any problems. I don't really see any public transportation around but I do see buses occasionally. We do have local cvs/walgreens around maybe 15 minutes from our street.
People are always speaking and helping other neighbors when in need.
Everybody respectful, friendly and coexist no matter what race/ ethicity you come from.
It's quiet and drama free.
