Fulton is a town in Hempstead County, Arkansas, United States. The population was 201 at the 2010 census. It is part of the Hope Micropolitan Statistical Area. The community is named after steamboat inventor, Robert Fulton.

I live in a rural area neighbors and friends are far away.
Im not sure just moved here from out of state. I've only had a few recent encounters from a few local residents the area where i live is very rural.
I have family there. Brother still lives in Fulton, it's not great.
